SW home durations paint

I just purchased a new home and to my displeaseure, the paint is horrible. I am looking to repaint with sherwinn williams home durations matte color. What are the reviews on this paint? Also approx. how many gallons will I need for a 2500 sq ft house? Any help is appreciated.

SW home durations paint

I have heard only good things about this paint...
This thread gave some opinions...

Love my Purdy + SW Duration!

The amount of paint you need depends on how many coats, current wall condition/surface etc.....
Here is a paint calculator that I have used which can give you a rough estimate.

SW home durations paint

If you are talking interior painting, the sq. ft. of the living area will not give you an accurate usage amount
The sq. ft. of the walls it's being applied to is more helpful

I don't use Durations Interior paint
But I can tell you the Exterior Duration is pretty amazing

I use SW paint exclusively. Their products are top-notch.

This being said, never used the Duration series. But I can't imagine, a paint that's been on the market for as long as it has been, is a dud.
