Super Paint and Primer question

I live in the south east where we have high humidity pretty much year round. Last year toward the end of summer, very early fall I scraped and then primed with a Sherwin Williams oil based primer. I had sanded to bare wood in a lot of areas. Well we had one of the coldest falls and winters ever here last and this year. Well, I didn't get a chance to top coat with the super paint and some of that primer has since popped up. Now I know that you are supposed to prime before painting with super paint, but I'm tryin to get this knocked out before the weekend is over. I've gone back and scraped and sanded everything again. Those of you that have painted in real humid areas, what can I expect if I don't re prime those bare areas? Pop up city? I intend to put two coats of SP on by the way.

I would re-prime any raw substrate and re-prime what you primed already primer is intended to be top coated with paint within 15-30 days.

Same here.
Latex Primer: Good for Drywall, that's about it.
Behr Paint: The plastic buckets are good, that's about it.
