super glaze epoxy

I have applied super glaze on my bar top. the first application looked great except for a couple dimples I found and two air bubles. Being a perfectionist, I figured I would apply a second thin coat to fix the minor imperfections. Bad idea, I created many more dimplles, air bubles, dust particles, and surface imperfections in the finish. Can I sand the epoxy and apply another coat? I need some ideas.

Im not familiar with this exact product, but it sounds similar to ETI Pour on Plastic, a product that I am familiar with. Multiple coats require you to wipe with alcohol prior to re-coating. Also, while the product is drying, you can use a heat gun to remove air bubbles.
