spraying base already installed.

 hey guys, whatsssssssssssssss up.
maybe someone can give me some advise on spraying base.

new construction, I primed everything., walls and trim. Carpenter installed trim and doors.
I was going to spray trim tomorrow (Sunday). Do I need to protect the wall or do I need to tape it off due to over spray. Greco 190es with a fine tip and pressure way down. got that, but the homeowner has me painting eggshell and not sure if the overspray from the trim will show through the eggshell.

You can spray the trim first and paint the walls second. My opinion is that eggshell should always get two coats anyway, otherwise it isn't a true eggshell finish. But thats up to you. If going one coat of eggshell, double cut the areas where you sprayed.

If you spray the trim, make sure it feathers on the wall rather than a heavy line. You may need to sand off some of the gritty overspray.
