spray paint trim??

Can I use spray paint on trim? The bigger sprayers go all over the place and the canned seemed to have a nicer spray. Will this work?? I could brush it on but the finish isn't as nice.

You can use it, yes. But I really don't think you're going to like the finished product. Nor will you like the price for what you get.

spray paint trim??

Another problem using spray paint, especially from cans, is the film thickness. When painting outside you want to achieve a significant film thickness because that is what actually provides the protection. Spray paint does not provide much thickness, usually < 25% of what you would get by painting with a brush. Do yourself a favor of and stick with brushing or ruling is the area is big enough.

I tried this once, and it did not work out as I planned... very messy. Painting with the brush took longer but in the end it worked out better for me. Good luck with your project!
