Solid Stain

I just stained my cedar fence with sw woodscapes solid stain 6 days ago with 1 coat is it too late to do a second coat. I am afraid it will not soak in and peel. Is my concern warranted? I do not have a lot of experience with solid stain. Thanks for the help!
