Solid deck stain

My PT deck has solid stain which is peeling (maybe 20%). I have power washed the deck and now trying to decide whether to use a stain remover, a cleaner or nothing else before installing the new solid stain.
Your suggestions will be appreciated. :)

AMC, you should have used cleaners in conjunction with the power wash. A deck brightener will prepare the wood for refinishing. As to stripping, it is unnecessary to strip stain that is not peeling. Remove the failing stain (will probably all come off with pressure), wash/brighten, then apply your stain. Allow two to three good drying days after washing to apply stain.

Few solid stains are recommended for decks.

What's a good deck cleaner? Anyone got any recommendations?
