Smell in bathroom
I have a double wide and the back bathroom has had a smell for a long time. The two sinks have avv valves on them then there's a 1 1/2" vent going out thur the roof for the toliet and tub. I went up on roof and had someone flush toliet and u can hear the water flowing and I have had a plumber out and all the sewer pipes are clean under the house. Was Woundering if anybody knew where the smell is coming from. Thanls

Have you tried replacing the AAV? Those cheaper models sometimes stick open. Best route is to just swap them out and see if that fixes it.
I had a bad smell call once that I went on, crawled underneath the house and there was a dead opossum underneath it. I play in poop, but I don't haul half rotted maggot infested carcasses from under houses. Call an exterminator or wait until it's done decomposing. ![]()

Smell in bathroom
That wax ring can be leaking and getting in under the flooring.
Extremly common in mobile homes to have this happen. |

Smell in bathroom
I usually paint a piece that I want to distress bright white, then sand some random places after it dries so the bare wood shows through. Then I apply a dark wood stain to the whole piece and let it sit for a minute and wipe all of the excess off. After it all dries then I cover it in a water based polyurethane. I have had good luck with this process.

Smell in bathroom
Sounds like the diaphragms on the air admittance valves you are referring to have failed and are letting sewer gas escape into the house.
