Sherwin-Williams Paint Sale (Fixn'it)

I heard you can buy the base paint when it's on sale, then bring it back later for them to add the color later if you are not sure on exact color at the time of the sale?

Yes, I stocked up during the sale and bring some in to tint whenever I start a new room. They are glad to do it. The tinting is free

Several of my customers have done this also. That's one thing you can say about SW, despite the flak they catch for pricing irregularity, they never charge for tinting. That's not true of all paint stores. .
