Second Rinse - Smoker Home

Have I mentioned recently how much I hate prepping properties in which people have smoked? I got roped into helping out on a pro bona project to help get a home ready to market for a handicapped couple who lost a parent living in a house recently.

Since I could not make it up and down ladders in anything approaching real time my job was to clean walnut faux vinyl closet doors. This is the second TSP rinse water from just one set of doors.

It is of course just secondhand tar, nicotine, arsenic and whatever so is not harmful or anything right?

I think anything really harmful is long gone, but don't drink it.
