Hi Guys,

One question which keeps me up in the midnight. I`ve three story building to paint ( hallways only ,one color),and it`s not vacant.

The fact that there is people inside the building makes me wonder to use spray gun.

What should i do ? Could anybody give me a piece of advice

Thanks !!!

You'll normally always get a thicker, longer lasting paint job with a roller/brush versus spraying. Plus the masking/cleanup time with spraying offsets the speed of spraying once an area is prepped.

Roll on!

Definitely roll and brush. Also, you might consider a low voc or no voc paint like Sherwin Williams Harmony. We recently did a dance studio that had classes with kids starting at 10:45 am. We started at 4:00 and painted with Harmony. It dried fast allowing 2 coats before classes and no odor. Amazing stuff. Not one complaint about smell, only compliments on how beautiful and fresh everything was.
