Goimg to prime my new sheetrocked/taped walls tomorrow. Any tips? Which roller nap should i use? Thanks. BTW, do i really only need one coat. Someone told me that it gets two coats of primer? Thanks
Hey Mr Lucky!
One coat will do 'er- what primer are you planning on using?
I use either a 1/2 superfab or micro fiber ( my new fav) from wooster.
Some like Purty white doves-
But I think a 1/ 2 " brings enough material to the wall, then in a few long top to bottom strokes it is even and ready for the top coat.
If you use Zinzeer 123 you only need one coat, then two coats of paint.
If you apply that primer and find flaws, fix them before the paint.
No paint is going to cover up flaws.
You must have gotten the same word as myself.
Joe hit that one on the head:thumbsup:
