Sand them. I use a sanding pole, sanding pad, and medium grit screen cloth.
It's all sold in the drywall area at the box stores.
Screen cloth will not load up as bad as sand paper.

You shouldn't have roller marks if you use your roller properly. Load a 1/2 inch nap roller with plenty of paint, roll in an up and down motion, not a "W" like the HGTV shows tell you to do. Let the roller do the work.......don't use pressure to push down on the roller. The more you push down the more paint you squeeze out to the edges of the roller leaving marks. Move quickly so you can maintain a wet edge. Load up your roller regularly and don't try to squeeze every last drop of paint out of the cover before reloading.
