Ripped off paint

Hello everyone,
Christmas time is finished which means taking down the decorations. I had a temporary, removable tape like wall hanging hook for a garland. When I took off the hook, paint came off down to the plaster board - you can see the plaster board and the spot has become uneven with the surround paint. How do I go about repainting so that it is an even surface again

For a small spot like that, some lightweight spackle will do the trick.
