removing wall paper


Totally agree. Wallpaper removal is like pulling the guess what on a candy machine. It is usually a hard dirty messy job. Then every once in a while you get an easy one. So they are usually bid as time and materials.
Went to look at one not very long ago worked a couple corners loose really easy. Thought Man I just got lucky, guess what, those 2 corners were the only 2 places in that room that was easy.

Preach it, ToolSeeker. Or, the homeowner pulls the only 2 loose corners and wonders why the bill was so high after you spend 2 days getting the rest of it off.

You would be surprised at how often THAT happens
