removing paint


howw do i remove ind. red spray paint off concrete.,outside a storage shed.

Problem isn't so much getting the paint off concrete, it's getting it OUT of concrete. Concrete is very porous. If it is pretty well cured, I would probably use a angle grinder with a knotted wire cup brush. Will likely leave some marks in the concrete though.

hydrochloric acid, 30% or more should do it

I bet it would
Muriatic acid is a 30% concentrate and that's normally cut 10:1 for etching.
