remove oil and latex paint from wall


how can i remove several coats of old oil base paint and latex paint from walls in my dinning room?

Stripper. Not you, but the 15 minute Home Depot stuff. Spray it on and scrape it off with a plastic knife. Otherwise, Wagner paint-eater or good old fashioned sandpaper.
