Remove dried paint from wood baseboards

I got Kilz and paint on baseboards. Is there a way to remove this without replacing the boards?

You want to strip all the paint off?
Or you spilled/overpainted or have some drops you need to clean off?

I take the trim off & use a heat gun outside whenever possible
Inside I only strip paint when I can open the windows & use a fan

If it is a small amount try goof off. Works pretty well but be careful not to to rub the trim finish off. You can also try motsenbocker's lift off 5 it works pretty well also.
