Remask after primer?

I am painting a sliding glass door Panel, just sprayed the primer yesterday, should I pull the tape off the glass and remark before spraying the paint? Perhaps a basic question but I did not know if it really matters.

Thanks

Unless the mask has lifted, crinkled, torn or failed there is no need to replace it.

You should cut along the frame with a sharp razor blade before peeling it loose when you are done though.

Use 3M 2090 Blue Tape the next time you have to tape glass. It will come off after several weeks of UV exposure.

For now, continue with wahat you have, but don't put the finish job off too long.
