I'm getting ready to start in on a built-ins project. I have rolled doors and such with a foam roller and don't want to go that route any longer. I'm ready to take it to the next level.
I'm looking to paint built-ins white and i'm looking for (obviously) being able to make that factory looking paint finish. Ideally, i'd like to be able to use this sprayer on walls, trim, etc., as well as the initial purpose for built-ins and furniture.
On built-ins, does one generally use a latex based paint or oil?
What is the clean-up process like on a recommended unit? In other words, is it worth it to spray, for example, a 12 x 14 room, or is it easier just to roll it and brush it due to the clean-up time?
My budget is sub $1K.
What type of sprayer? HVLP? Airless? So many opinions. Looking for yours.
Thanks for any comments and suggestions.
