pvc trim/bead board questions

We installed PVC bead planks and trim in a mud room/laundry room.

What should we use to clean it prior to painting?

What caulk is recommended for the seams and nail holes?

What primer should we use?

Thanks

i use fantastic or spray 9 to clean
i would recommend a polyurethane caulk. You should use the primer recommended by the paint manufacturer, some say no priming is necessary
sw recommends A100 oil primer acrylic topcoat
