Priming a Plastic Sidelight Frame ?

The sidelight on my front door has a plastic frame with faux wood texture.

Well, it was painted crappily by the builder's guys, and I hated the fake texture, so I sanded off the paint and 99% of the texture using 100 grit Norton. I will wire brush the last remaining paint off.

What's the best primer for the raw plastic frame?

Thanks guys. I appreciate all the advice so far.
