Polyurethane Floor protection

I recently painted a floor using a polyurethane oil based paint. Is there anything I can put over it to add an extra layer of protection. Chairs are places on the floors twice a week.

If there was such a thing, you probably would not need any thing else to protect it.:whistling2:

Benjamin Moore's Oil-Based Porch, Floor and Patio paint is urethane reinforced (and the waterbased equivalent is epoxy reinforced). I assume this is similar to what you used?

Two coats are a good idea but more can create problems. Cured two coats should last you quite awhile so long as you prepped carefully before application. I would not try to topcoat a floor paint.

Try to let it cure completely before setting too much heavy furniture, shelving, etc. on it.
