Please help with odor cover

We want to save the base moldings we just removed to do some demolition because they would be too expensive to replace. I doubt anyone still makes them. The problem is that the prior owner was a true crazy cat lady who let the little felines spray wherever they wanted. One molding still smells of cat urine after four coats of Kilz stain blocker. Is there something out there that will seal this? Are we using the wrong Kilz? Thanks in advance to all who answer.

They show dogs for a living and use it because it is organic and safe for the animals. Scat My Cat splat I made up the funky link name for fun.

poppameth Doer of Many Things     Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Staunton, VA Posts: 1,117	Please help with odor cover You can use an enzyme based odor remover and then prime it with Zinsser BIN, a shellac based primer. Regular oil or latex primers will not seal the odor.
