Plaster walls
My house is a 1941 home. I discovered that there is lead paint under previous owners paint. Wall texuture looks like crap. My son says instead of skim coating which is a mess, we need to do "drop down texure". Wouldn't it be easier to use texture in the paint they paint? We obviously don't know alot and since ya'll seem to... Getting estimates for the work, gotta do it cheap.. Don't want to get in over our heads with contractors though. Can't do it high end and most contractors don't like temp they like to do it right the first time.
