Peel Away 1

Hey, I know there are other threads on this product but I feel my question is specific enough to make my own thread.
I have been occasionally doing work at my bosses house removing lead paint and chose to use PeelAway1 on recommendation by a home depot employee. I was just wondering if there are any inherent problems with painting after the paint has been peeled if there is leftover old paint or even residual peel away on the surface?

Note: Peel Away Neutralizer is not sold where I am and I will be using vinegar, and am aware that this will take more applications.

First of all, if you are not trained and licensed for Lead abatement you and your boss are both in for a lawsuit if anyone catches you. I'm talking about over $30,000 per citation.

As for your question, old paint residue wont cause issues with adhesion, though it might make the finish coat look not so professional. The Peel Away residue must be completely removed and neutralized though. When removing the Peel Away paper, wet it slightly to make it come off easier.
