painting a wood railing
 

is it possible to paint a wood railing (the whole thing) balisters, the hand rail, the whole thing...i want it white and was told that you cant paint the railing white bcuz of the whole touching it thing.....is there a paint that can hold up??????

Sure you can paint it
I'd use a nice quality enamel...but something heavy duty
Stop by your local Paint Store and see what they have
Maybe some "industrial" product
(Big Boxes won't have the good stuff)
