painting siding

If a customer wanted me to paint vinyl siding I would consult a quality paint store (Not Lowe's, HD or WalMart either) Maybe a place like Sherwin Williams or the like, this way if they guarentee the paint to hold, then you will have something to back you up if it fails:p

Check your local Sherwin-Williams paint store
They have a coating specifically made for vinyl siding

Do what slickshift said, and be careful choosing colors. Applying a darker color to your existing siding can cause it to warp.....
