Painting over drylock

I am a new homeowner and am looking to change the colors of the basement walls. It is a dry basement (from grading) and also sealed with UGL Drylock that is in great shape (about 8 years old). The owner painted some hideous red and blue stripes for a home gym, and I am looking to paint it a medium green. Do I need to use a primer first or would an all in one work? I prefer using BEHR.

If it's already been painted, no need for primer. Six coats of Behr will cover it all.
