Is BM paint sufficient or do you recommend a different type? I'm not too picky, just want to do it right.

Painting Office Hallways


BM is not a "type" of paint - it's the name of a company. BM makes good paint and crappy paint. So does SW and others. It's the actual paint you buy, not the company.

sorry for not being clearer. I meant to state the Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint that I referred to in the initial thread.

Ah, well Regal Select is fine. I personally put that on par with SW SuperPaint. That level of quality is just fine.

Probably because of the reasons already mentioned - she prioritizes cleaning and durability over aesthetics.

I would tint the oil based primer to the wall color and 1 coat if there is no budget for 2 coats ontop of the primer with LATEX paint.
