painting kitchen counters- anyone have results? Gianigranite?
Has anyone had good, somewhat lasting results painting counters? I realize it's something that only lasts a few years and am thinking of trying Gianigranite. thoughts or opinions?
I've painted or otherwise thin surfaced a few so people could sell the house.
I know Rustoleum or somebody has a product out. I am guessing it is epoxy resin based or something.
You cannot paint a few layers on a countertop and expect it to survive through much cutting, spilling, pot banging, etc. And, do you really want the fragments in your food and so forth?
I've also used the stone overlay type things a time or two. A couple layers thicker than paint but same argument. I used them to help sell a house.
