Labels are not always fully informative; when the meanings of words drift, it is not always easy to handle situations that are not covered by the meager text on the label of a "consumer-grade" product. Professional products have thousands of words of supporting text available for the professional applicator, where the consumer-grade products do not.

But they might say- clean up with water.
Or Clean up with mineral spirits.

Sometimes overthinking can get you in trouble too...
