Painting a exterior fiberglass entry door
It is always a good idea to coat even pre-primed doors as the primer sprayed on at the factory is usually put on as thin as possible. 123 will do fine I should think.
If you can and it is not a custom color mix, I would take the Behr back and get a better quality paint store, not box store, paint that will hold up better for an entry door. Otherwise apply two coats and hope for the best I guess.
You certainly do not need a gallon for a single door surface (or even both sides of it!). I hope the orange aproned minimum wage wonder boys and girls did not tell you so?! A quart would have been more than enough.
