Painting Deck and Porch

How long do I have to wait until I can apply a latex coat over an enamel primer coat on my porch and deck. Thank you.

No way would I paint a pressure treated deck!
Use Stain instead, might work on the railing for a while but not the deck itself.
If this is a new pressure treated deck it depends on where you live.
You left off your location in your profile.
If it's not left long enough to dry out your always going to be dealing with mold and peeling.

Charlie already answered that, but what is enamel primer?

Or are you from the UK?
