Painting ceiling.

My contractor primed my ceiling. Told me I was good to paint. When I did the primer peeled off the ceiling onto my brush with the paint. Leaving bare drywall. Not sure what to do now. Where there is drywall mud it seems to be the worst spots.

Make the "contractor" come back and prime it properly.

Painting ceiling.

He may have primed without wiping down the ceiling first so there was still compound dust on them.

Whatever the cause, the contractor did crappy work and/or used sucky primer. Call him/her back.

You should bring him back or tell him to give you the money back.
