Painting bathroom tile

Hello all,

I have a small 7x7 full bathroom with a tiled ceiling. The tiles are white matte finished penny rounds with poly blend non-sand white grout. The grout is stuck to the tiles and will not come off with anything I tried. I was wondering if there is a good paint for both a bathroom and tile. I'm looking for a semi gloss white. Thank you in advance.

I would not expect much painting tile on a bath ceiling unless you have excellent airflow. And at the end of the day it is going to look like painted tile.
