Painted trim

I just finished painting MDF trim white with an airless sprayer. I don't have the most experience in spraying and therefore a few imperfections have to be dealt with.Just wondering how to sand out these spots(in a satin finish)and if it will be too noticeable if I touch up with a brush?

Painted trim

Too little too late?

Touching up with a different application method (brush vs. spray) the most obvious and noticeable difference will be the thickness of the paint on the surface. Looked at from a hard angle (15-25 degrees) it will look like a leopard skin, even though the color matches.
