Painted Bathroom

What to do when a bathroom has been painted once in oil base paint, then painted over that with a latex paint. trying to paint again and having to scrape the paint off because its peeling off. Some of both oil and latex paint is coming off the the sheetrock and peeling that layer off.
Help!!

You've got to get down to the weakest layer. Anything you put on top of that will just come off with it. You may not have to do the whole thing, just scrape where it's peeling and feather it in. I can't tell you from here just how much you need to take off.
