Paint Removal

I didn't clean up paint spatters right away and now I'm having a lot of trouble. The floor is stained concrete that was sealed several years ago. I've tried hot soapy water, scrub brush, a brillo-like pad, and a couple of other possible solutions without a lot of luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Oops! or Goof Off!

Careful scraping with a putty knife and/or fingernail
If that doesn't work, try the careful use of Oops!, or Goof Off!

Is it oil or latex? Is it tiny spray? actual drops of paint? or paint that used to be a drop and got wiped?

If its tiny spray or drops, use a plastic edge. I like to get counter top lam samples, they're thick, sharp and won't scratch or scrape.

I used the "Goof Off" and was happy with the results. Many thanks.
