Paint on ceiling in error

Son painted bathroom and did not tape ceiling edge. Paint on ceiling in multiple places. What are some recommendations to remove the paint? Thanks!

Paint on ceiling in error

If it's dried I doubt you will have much luck removing it. Is the ceiling painted? Can it be touched up?

Removal will (most likely) not be possible
Touching up the ceiling is the SOP for this problem

Thanks for your response. The ceiling is white and the room was painted a dark shade of pink. I may try using white primer to touch up the areas where the ceiling was painted.

Most primers have insufficient hide to cover up a different color paint. (There are a few high-hide primers out there, but most aren't.) But in any case, there is no need to prime, just topcoat with paint (probably two coats.)
