Paint on ceiling in error

michjona Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 3	Paint on ceiling in error Son painted bathroom and did not tape ceiling edge. Paint on ceiling in multiple places. What are some recommendations to remove the paint? Thanks!

michjona Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 3	Paint on ceiling in error Thanks for your response. The ceiling is white and the room was painted a dark shade of pink. I may try using white primer to touch up the areas where the ceiling was painted.

sirwired Member   Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 550	Paint on ceiling in error Most primers have insufficient hide to cover up a different color paint. (There are a few high-hide primers out there, but most aren't.) But in any case, there is no need to prime, just topcoat with paint (probably two coats.) SirWired
