outside mildew rest. paint

I have been using devoe oil base with mildew res. additive and it seems like I have to pressure wash it frequently( 1xyr) and it keeps coming back, even more after washing each time.
I live in Louisiana, very humid area.
I have to repaint it about every 3 years.
Thanks for any and all feedback to this question.

It's difficult to keep it away on the outside, especially in areas like yours. There is a local manufacturer we deal with in VA that has a good product for it. They have a vinyl/acrylic blend in Flat only that has a Zinc additive that does an excellent job keeping mildew down. They also have an interior product with Microban in it and are considering the viability of adding Microban to the exterior product. Davis Frost is the manufacturer but I don't know if they have any stores in your area.
