Old paint on concrete question?

My question is this, What is the best way to get old paint on a garage ( concrete ) floor off? I want to repaint the floor with Epoxy paint, speaking of the Epoxy paint, what is a great primer to buy to go along with it? Thanks, Sellncars

ccarlisle Member     Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Posts: 1,751	Old paint on concrete question? Most ways of removing old paint from concrete involve mechanical rather than chemical means, for good reason. Scraper, pressure washer, sandblasting etc. not paint strippers...
