oak trim, caulking and paint question


we are having oak trim install in our kitchen. what i need to know is do i need to caulk against the trim and painted wall surface and then paint the caulk the same color as the wall or bother caulking and repainting at all?

I wouldn't caulk it
Well, if it was a pretty bad fit I'd want to do something
But short of that, I'd leave it
