No clue - Do I need to plaster these areas?

First of all I am really glad that I foung this community.

Before I start, I am not a handyman at all, as a matter of fact I'm completely useless
arround the house.

Having said that, I decided to paint one of the walls in my room since our new baby is moving in.
The wall had a lot of humidity, the cause of which has been eliminated. Now, the paint had little bubbles all over the place and darker areas that made it look really bad.

The first thing I did, after protecting all of the surrounding areas, was remove the affected paint with a Putty knife. This is what I was advised to do, but now I am left with very decent paint arround
these "naked" areas and the areas are too large for me to use a fill.

What do I need to do here? Do I need to plaster these areas?
