New windows and siding painting - Help needed

Hi all, I started a project of painting new siding and windows and am in search of advise on painting the interior of the windows, new baseboard, interior doors, and new window and door casing.

None of the windows were primed before installation. Aluminum clad Marvin windows.

Have purchased a Graco Truecoat Pro painter because I can't commit a lot of time all at once to fire up my big sprayer. I am having some problems with "orange peel" surface/finish with a 311 tip using Sherwin-Williams Premium Latex Wall & Wood primer.

Would like to try some Floewtrol, but wanted to get opinions here first.
