Hmmm, interesting. Theoretically, Cashmere could be a good choice because it lays flatter (and nooks and crannies - either microscopic or visible - are what hold dirt). I have never tried it as a more scrubbable finish though.
Satin is too much sheen IMO.
I'd use Duration Matte (which they advertise as a scrubbable flat, but of course isn't - it's between flat and eggshell), or ProMar 200, which comes in "low sheen" or eggshell. If you're going to put on 2 coats, the cheaper ProMar 400 is usually fine except for big color changes.
