Use anything but Behr, Glidden or Valspar. Or any other box store crap.

I liked the urethane reinforced Benjamin Moore porch and floor products or those by MAB (acquired by Sherwin Williams some years ago).

I would use the acrylics over concrete but my bros in white still think oil will work.

Of course you know you have to prep and remove pealing paint.

And my bubbas using girly napped roller covers knew I would come back at them. Do not be afraid to apply paint. 3/4 to 1" nap roller cover for floor paint.

the existing paint is not very old and is in good condition - a few small peeling areas. The bride just got an itch that she wants a different color. Got to luv married life.

Brother I now sense your pain. I never married but have found myself near one of the other half of the species for 15 and then 10 years when the first one dared just croak.

I am tall, free, white and single now. You know you cannot win against the wife right?

I too prefer the acrylics. Water base paint has come a long ways. I would use a 3/4 or 1" nap too on a concrete floor. I'm not afraid and I prefer using the big boy...18" roller frame on concrete floors and patios.
