I will try.. Thanks for your help.

Just curious... if the current paint is oil-based (on the ceiling of the shower), if I use the primer of Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 (acrylic based), would that be good enough? Any experience about this? Thanks so much!

It will work with a little sanding, but it is still permeable, the Draw Tite will not be so much

Wow never heard of the Draw Tite products and no one here in central Fl I know of carries the Gardz although a lot carry Zinsser. I will certainly ask about it and find out why. I use Zinsser a lot and would like to try it.
Thanks, I like to try new products.

Gardz should be easy enough to get. Most any paint store will order it for you
Draw Tite is a better product but you have to order it from the factory and it costs big $ to ship it to this coast.
