Need help painting 2 adjoining rooms!

123pedini Newbie   Join Date: Jun 2012 Posts: 1	Need help painting 2 adjoining rooms! I have a living room and a dining room separated by an arch. I would like to paint these 2 rooms different colors. Not sure how to arch area to separate the colors. Any suggestions are appreciated! Mr. Paint Member     Join Date: Nov 2011 Location: San Carlos, CA Posts: 331	Need help painting 2 adjoining rooms! I would paint the arch the color of the most-used room. I would suggest painting the other room a darker version of the same color.

dogris Member     Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: New Orleans area Posts: 96	Need help painting 2 adjoining rooms! Because the arch blends into the Dining wall, it should be the Dining color. There is no other way, in my view.
