Nail and/or Screw Pops- Permanent Fix?

Yes, if your finishing with a sheen though, ask about latex enamel underbody. It's a primer/sealer that provides enamel holdout, which means the primer won't absorb any of the sheen. Your first coat of sheen will be higher over underbody than over a standard primer. I don't think Fresh Start has holdout. Just a thought.

Yes. Screw pops are almost always from screws being driven in too far. Driving them in more won't help.

Going with Aura eggshell, so I will look into primer with holdout.

Looks like the BM Regal latex Primer is what I need.
